Dotti Sechrist

Originally from Thomasville, North Carolina, Dotti followed her family’s artistic talents and graduated from Ringling College of Art & Design.

In addition to painting, Dotti fell into the picture framing business after creating a painting for a corporate client. The client loved it so much that Dotti was asked to frame it. That opportunity opened the gates to her career as a professional picture framer and she has been creating creative and artistically designed frames for countless paintings, photographs, and three-dimensional objects for more than 30 years.

Along the way, Dotti keeps her skills updated by taking continuing-education classes at Ringling College of Art & Design and art workshops.
